You want strong glutes for several reasons. Your glutes protect your lower back, providing power for many of your daily activities. However, many men also want strong glutes to improve overall appearance. Bubble butt, most of it is genetics. The other part is doing squats, lunges in with your regular leg work out. Then you need to make sure you feed and water your body after each work out to make sure you are getting the most out of your work out as well as maintaining health.

The good thing is at the very least you have a healthy body which most people find attractive if you don't ever get to the "bubble butt" part. And you can try eating more fat foods cuz if you work out the butt then its just gonna get smaller cuz its getting rid of fat. Some of these exercises, such as deadlifts and squats, are difficult and serious lifts. If you do them wrong, it's very easy to hurt yourself. Start light and concentrate on form. Have someone experienced help you at first, and watch yourself in a mirror. If you have back problems, you may not be able to perform them at all. Deadlift, Squats, Leg Press and Step Ups.
